Activating a License

Purchase a license from flaredesk.dev

You'll receive a license key via email

Open FlareDesk and go to Settings

Click "Activate License"

Enter your license key and click "Activate"
Your license key looks like: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Transferring to Another Device
Your license is tied to a single device, but you can transfer it:

On your current device, go to Settings

Click "Deactivate License"

On your new device, install FlareDesk

Activate using the same license key
Multiple Devices
Need FlareDesk on multiple devices? You have options:
- Purchase additional licenses - Each device needs its own license
- Transfer as needed - Deactivate on one device and activate on another
Customer Portal
Access your customer portal to:
- View your purchase history
- Download invoices
- Update billing information
- Manage your licenses
Access the portal from Settings → Customer Portal in FlareDesk.
